Article 1:
Definitions & General Agreement
By using Nomaden Lab’s services, You automatically agree to all the rules written in this document. This agreement is legally binding as of the receipt of the Down Payment (DP).
Article 2:
Pre-Project General Requirements
Before the project begins, You are required to prepare the following data to accelerate the development process:
Business Identity: Official brand name and a brief business description.
Primary Goal: Website function (Branding, Catalog, Sales, or Portfolio).
Vibe & Style: Color references, design nuances, and 1–3 website references (from other brands or Behance).
Timeline: Estimated launch time or expected deadline.
Article 3:
Content & Material Management
All materials must be collected in one Google Drive folder with public access (“Anyone with the link can view”). The minimum folder structure:
📁 Website_BrandName
📄 Page_Content.docx (Text for each page).
🖼️ Branding_Assets (Transparent logo, Fonts, Color palette).
📷 Media (High-quality product photos, Videos, or Gallery).
📄 Legal_Docs (Supporting files if necessary).
Article 4:
Supporting Documents for Special Domains
Registration of domains requiring validation (.co.id, .or.id, .sch.id, .ac.id) must include legal documents (ID Card, NIB, SIUP, or Decree) according to PANDI regulations. We are not responsible for activation failure if the documents You provide are invalid or rejected by the registrar.
Article 5:
Payment Gateway Activation Documents
If You use the automated payment feature, You must prepare documents according to your business type:
Individual/MSME: ID Card (KTP), personal Tax ID (NPWP), and Bank Savings Book.
Company (PT/CV): Company Tax ID (NPWP), NIB/SIUP, Deed of Establishment, and Company Bank Account.
Note: We guarantee the confidentiality of these documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 6:
Google Drive Sharing Procedure
You are fully responsible for ensuring the Drive folder is not locked. If We cannot access the material within 7 days of the project starting, the development schedule will automatically be moved to the next queue.
Article 7:
Payment & Negotiation Policy
Payments are made according to the agreed installments (usually 30% – 40% – 30%).
Price negotiation facilities are only available for projects with a total value above IDR 20,000,000.
Any bank transfer fees or payment platform administration fees are borne by You.
Article 8:
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Down Payment (DP) is Non-Refundable. If You cancel the project unilaterally after the Discovery stage is completed or design development has begun, the DP is considered forfeited as compensation for time and labor.
Article 9:
Scope of Work
We only perform the features listed in the selected package or written in the invoice. Any requests for new features outside the initial scope (such as extra pages or complex functions) will incur additional fees (Add-on).
Article 10:
Revisions & Limitations
Revisions only apply according to the quota in the package. Revisions cover minor improvements to existing elements. Changing the design concept entirely after the initial design has been approved will be considered a new project.
Article 11:
Server Access & Security
Access to the server panel (cPanel/hPanel) is only provided for Advanced and Custom packages. For Starter/Pro packages, We limit panel access to maintain the stability and security of Our server infrastructure.
Article 12:
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
All ownership rights to the design, code, and website content transfer fully to You only after 100% full payment is received by Us. We reserve the right to display the project in the Nomaden Lab portfolio.
Article 13:
Maintenance Period & Technical Support
Maintenance includes routine system updates, cache clearing, and technical bug fixes.
Maintenance does not include adding new content or design changes.
After the free maintenance period ends, technical support will be charged according to the applicable Add-on rates.
Article 14:
Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
Nomaden Lab is not responsible for:
Business losses due to an inaccessible website (downtime) caused by hosting provider disturbances.
Policy changes by third parties (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp API).
Misuse of the website for illegal activities (Gambling, Fraud, Pornography).
Article 15:
Abandoned Projects & Validity Period
If You do not provide a response or content material for 30 consecutive calendar days, the project will be considered Unilaterally Completed. To continue the project at a later date, You will be charged a re-activation fee.
