How does the workflow at Nomaden Lab look like?

We divide our work into 3 main stages: Discovery (Consultation & Strategy), Creative (Design & Development Process), and Launch (Optimization & Handover).

What happens during the Discovery stage?

This is where we discuss your website goals, target audience, and must-have features. Essentially, we want to understand your business “vibe” before we start designing.

What is done during the Creative stage?

This is the execution phase. We begin designing from scratch (no templates), refining the layout, and developing the features we agreed upon earlier.

What is the Launch stage?

The final step before the website goes “live.” We check performance, register the site with Google, provide a user guide, and hand over all admin access to you.

Can I get updates during the development process?

Certainly. We will provide a staging link (temporary link) so you can monitor the progress in real-time from anywhere.

What do I need to prepare before the project begins?

At a minimum, you should have your text (copywriting) and visual assets (logo/photos) ready. If you’re unsure, we can help provide guidance on a good content structure for your website.

Will the website go online immediately after completion?

Yes! Once the development and final payment are completed, we will immediately move the website to your primary domain, making it ready for public access.

Can I edit the website content myself later?

Absolutely. The websites we build are user-friendly. You can change text or images yourself without needing to understand complex code. However, there is a limit on the number of pages, as stated on [this page].

What if there are technical issues after the website is finished?

Nomaden Lab provides support (maintenance) according to the package you choose. If there’s an error or if you have questions, just contact us.

What if I want to add features midway through the project?

This can be discussed. If the feature is still within the package scope, it can be done. However, if the feature involves high complexity, such as a custom API, additional fees will apply.

When is a project considered fully completed?

A project is considered complete once all agreed-upon features are functional, revisions are exhausted, and full admin access has been handed over to you.
