How does the payment system work at Nomaden Lab?

We use a Down Payment (DP) system upfront as a work commitment, with the final balance due upon project completion or according to the agreed-upon terms.

How much is the required Down Payment?

Generally, the DP is 50% of the total project value. However, for the Starter package, full payment is usually required upfront to expedite the process.

Are the prices negotiable?

Certainly! For custom projects valued above Rp 20,000,000 (Twenty Million Rupiah), we are open to price negotiations.

What payment methods are available?

We provide multiple options for our clients’ convenience:

  • Bank Transfer: BCA, Mandiri, BNI, and BRI.
  • E-Wallet: Dana, ShopeePay, and QRIS.
  • Retail Outlets: Alfamart and Indomaret.
  • Global: PayPal (exclusively for international clients or by special agreement).

Are there any hidden additional fees?

None. All costs are clearly stated in the package or initial proposal. Additional fees only apply if there are feature requests outside the original project scope.

Do the prices include taxes?

Nomaden Lab is an independent studio; the listed prices are net amounts. If you require a tax invoice, please discuss this with us at the start of the project.

When should the final payment be made?

Final payment is due after the final revisions are completed and before the handover of full access (admin/hosting accounts) to the client.

Can I pay in more than two installments?

For large-scale projects (Advanced/Custom packages), we are open to discussing a 3-stage payment term (30% – 40% – 30%).

What happens if I am late with the final payment?

We provide a 7-day grace period. If the deadline passes without confirmation, access to the website will be temporarily suspended.

Is the DP refundable if the project is canceled?

The DP is non-refundable once the development process has begun, as it is used for time allocation and initial research.

What if Nomaden Lab fails to complete the project?

If the failure is purely on our end (exceeding the deadline without a valid reason), we guarantee a 100% refund.

Can I change my package mid-project?

Yes, if you are upgrading your package. The price difference will be added to the final balance. However, this does not apply to package downgrades.

Is the cost for the second year the same as the first?

For website renewal costs in the second year and beyond, the price follows what is listed on our pricing table page. Prices are final unless there are significant changes from the providers, in which case we will notify you 60 days in advance (H-60).

What if I forget to renew my annual subscription?

We will send reminders via email/WhatsApp 30 days before the expiration date to ensure your website remains active.
